These Terms of Service govern your use of HeroHere.live and the services provided by Sugar Beach Media Inc. (HeroHere, we, us). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
HeroHere provides automated review request software that sends SMS and email messages to your customers on your behalf, and optionally a booking and scheduling system. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
We offer a free trial covering your first 5 customers or 7 days, whichever comes first. A valid payment method is required to start your trial. Your card will be charged automatically when your trial ends with no further notice. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge you at the applicable plan rate on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices are in USD. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of HeroHere complies with Google's review policies, including their prohibition on incentivising reviews or selectively soliciting positive reviews. We recommend using Mode A (direct link) rather than Mode B (gated) to minimise policy risk. Use of Mode B is at your own risk.
You may not use HeroHere to send review requests for fake transactions, to manipulate your Google rating through artificial means, to review-bomb competitors, or for any illegal purpose.
HeroHere and its content are owned by Sugar Beach Media Inc. Review starter messages, software, and all associated materials are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data and customer lists.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeroHere's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
