Sign up at herohere.live/signup, enter your business details, connect your Google Business profile URL, and choose your plan. The whole setup takes under 10 minutes. You can send your first review request the moment you finish.
No app is required to use HeroHere. The most common way to trigger a review request is to text your customer's phone number to your dedicated HeroHere line from any phone. You can also use the web dashboard from any browser. An iOS and Android app is available as an optional extra.
Just your customer's phone number or email address and optionally their first name. That's it. You don't need any account or login on the customer's side.
Starter ($30/month) includes everything you need to get more Google reviews — SMS and email requests, smart reminders, 30 review starters, and branding. Pro ($49/month) adds a full public booking page at herohere.live/your-name — with your services, hours, Google Maps, social links, and an online booking form. Available to any business type, not just restaurants.
Three ways: (1) Text your customer's phone number to your dedicated HeroHere SMS line, (2) forward an email to your HeroHere email address, or (3) enter the details manually in your web dashboard. On Pro, review requests fire automatically after every booking.
They receive a friendly SMS and email that feels personal rather than automated. The message includes a review starter — a pre-written sentence they can copy and paste straight to Google — and a direct link to your Google, Yelp, or TripAdvisor review page.
Review starters are pre-written sentences that make it easy for customers to leave a review. Instead of staring at a blank box, they see something like "Fresh pasta, incredible atmosphere — highly recommend!" and can copy it, tweak it if they want, and post it in under a minute. Each business type has 30 starters.
Yes. You can add your own custom starters, edit the default ones, and set a specific order for how they rotate. You can also deactivate any defaults you don't want to use.
Mode A sends your customer directly to your Google review page — clean, simple, and fully compliant with Google's terms of service. Mode B shows a thumbs up or down first. Customers who tap thumbs up are sent to Google; those who tap thumbs down are directed to a private feedback form that reaches you directly.
Up to 3 reminders within a 3-month window. The first is the initial request. The second lands the following day. The third goes out on the next Saturday morning. The fourth (if all three go unanswered) lands Tuesday or Wednesday, 9-11 days after the initial request. After that, no more messages.
Yes. Switch from the automatic schedule to a custom schedule where you set the gap in days between each reminder. The minimum 2-day gap and maximum 3-reminder cap still apply regardless of your settings.
